At BizGuru Office Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened ink or toner cartridges
• Customized or personalized products
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@yourbizguru.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
